1. The Customer is entitled to receive one £25 fuel voucher when purchasing a set (one front and one rear) of qualifying tyres.
2. The qualifying tyres are: D212 GP Pro, Sportmax SportSmart, Sportmax RoadSmart II and Trailmax TR91.

5. Promotion is available between 1st April 2013 to 30th June 2013 and the Promoter has the authority to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time during this period without prior notice.

7. It is the Customer's responsibility to complete the redemption form and send back to the address above including a copy of the receipt detailing the tyres bought in store. All forms must be received by 16th July 2013. Forms received after this time will not be valid. Incomplete forms or forms with no receipt will not be accepted.
8. No photocopied forms or illegible copies will be accepted.
9. The Promoter aims to post out fuel vouchers within 28 working days of receipt of the redemption form, although this may take longer than 28 days due to the promotion's popularity. No liability can be accepted for lost items in the post. Please ensure any vouchers are used within the redemption period, the Promoter may not be held liable for the Customer's failure to use any vouchers within the redemption period.
